PARLIAMENTARY SELECT COMMITTEE ON HEALTH VISIT TO HOLY FAMILY HOSPITAL, TECHIMAN

Holy Family Hospital in Techiman was honored to host the Parliamentary Select Committee on September 11, 2023. The visit was conducted with the primary objective of allowing committee members to gain a thorough understanding of the hospital's operations and the quality of healthcare services provided within the Christian Health Association of Ghana (CHAG) Network.

The committee embarked on a comprehensive tour of various hospital units to familiarize themselves with the hospital's operations. Notable areas included the emergency unit, X-ray department, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and the Outpatient Department (OPD), among others.

The parliamentary select committee, led by Mr. Akando, MP for Dwaboso, acknowledged the hospital's concerns and expressed their commitment to addressing these challenges. The committee members recognized the critical role that Holy Family Hospital plays in the healthcare landscape and promised to advocate for the necessary support.

The visit of the Parliamentary Select Committee to Holy Family Hospital, Techiman, was a significant step toward enhancing cooperation and understanding between the hospital and government stakeholders.
